油田水平井见水特征及机械堵水工艺技术研究

         

摘要

The characteristics of low permeability oilfield with low pressure, low permeability, low abundance, water energy, multi interval fracturing, and the use of five point method and sevenpoint method and nine point method, M type and so on many kinds of water wells explorationdevelopment. Ultra low permeability reservoir pore fine and low permeability of oil water flow, high flow resistance, rock wall between the solid and liquid interface interactions are significant, capillary force between oil and water exists always play a role, resulting in more complex downhole oil-waterrelationship itself is more complex, the water shutoff measure has no pertinence, implementation difficulty big. Plugging water is to reduce the cost of development and one of the ways to improve oil production convenient, generally can be divided into mechanical water plugging and chemical water plugging. Because the mechanical water plugging has the advantages of simple process, low cost,fast efficiency advantages, therefore, combined with oil reservoir of low permeability, casing, multi interval fracturing development advantages, research and design to meet the oil characteristics of horizontal wells mechanical water plugging technology, provides an effective technical means to improve the development result of the horizontal well.%低渗透油田具有低压、低渗、低丰度的特征,需要注水补充能量、多段压裂改造,且采用五点法、七点法、九点法、米字型等多种注水井网探索开发。特低渗透油藏储层孔道微细、渗透率低,油水流动渗流阻力大,岩石孔壁固体颗粒和液体界面之间相互作用明显,油水之间存在的毛管力始终发挥着作用,致使本身较复杂的井下油水关系更加复杂,堵水工艺措施无针对性、实施难度大。封堵水流是减少开发成本和提高采油量便捷的途径之一,一般可以将其分为机械堵水和化学堵水。由于机械堵水具有工艺简单、成本低、见效果快的优势,为此,结合油田储层渗透率低、套管固井完井、多段压裂改造等开发优势,研究设计满足油田水平井特征的机械堵水工艺,为提高水平井开发效果提供了有效技术手段。
