抽油杆断脱原因分析及预防方法探讨

摘要

本文通过对抽油杆断脱现状及原因分析，发现疲劳断脱是抽油杆使用寿命的重要因素。在应力计算的基础上，可初步判断抽油杆疲劳断脱的界限，从影响抽油杆寿命的因素出发，提出抽油杆疲劳断脱的预防措施。%In this paper, by analyzing the status of sucker rod fracture and its reasons, the fatigue fracture is found to be one of the important factors that affect the service life of sucker rod. Then, on the basis of stress calculation, the boundary of sucker-rod fatigue fracture can be judged preliminary. Finally,the precaution measures are put forward from the factors affecting the lifetime of sucker rod.
