浅述石油化工企业管道的关键问题

摘要

petrochemical enterprises because of its production of goods business with flammable,explosive and corrosive and toxic unsafe,and many other characteristics,and on the pipeline enterprise setup and production process easy to cause safety accidents,to the state and enterprise itself cause immeasurable loss.At present,China’s petrochemical enterprises in the process equipment design and installation process are usually applied to the petrochemical process design.However,due to the installation of petrochemical equipment did not receive the full attention of people,so that the installation of oil and chemical industry pipeline design and safety aspects of the emergence of a variety of problems.This article briefly analyzes the four aspects of the pipeline design, material selection,construction and installation and operation and maintenance of petrochemical enterprises,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.%石油化工企业因其所生产经营的物品具有易燃、易爆、易腐及毒性不安全等众多特性，再加上企业管道的设置和生产过程中容易引起安全生产事故，给国家和企业本身造成不可估量的损失。目前我国石油化工企业在工艺设备设计及安装过程中通常都将其应用到石油化工工艺设计中。但由于石油化工设备的安装没有收到人们的充分重视，使得石油化工工业管道的安装设计方面和安全生产方面出现了多种问题。本文就石油化工企业管道设计、材质的选择、施工安装及运行维护四个方面进行简述分析并提出相应的解决措施。
