渤海E油田为中等渗透率构造油藏,经过长期注水开发,注入水突进,产量递减严重.为解决矿场先导性试验出现的注入压力过高问题,对原有的聚合物微球产品进行改性优化,新型NM-2聚合物微球体系初始粒度中值下降26%,分散性提高75%,室内注入性实验表明其注入阻力系数低至1.50,矿场应用结果表明:改进后的NM-2型聚合物微球体系在中等渗透率油田可以顺利注入,并取得明显的降水增油效果,作业后两个月增油量达到3003m3,对于海上中低渗透率储层稳油控水具有示范意义.%Abstrac:The Bohai E Oilfield is astructural reservoir with medium permeability. After a long period of waterflood development, water injection is intruded and the output declines seriously. In order to solve the problem of high injection pressure in the pilot test of the mine,the original polymer microsphere product was optimized. The Dv50 of the new NM-2 polymer microsphere system decreased by 26% and the dispersibility increased by 75%. The results of field application show that the optimized NM-2 polymer microsphere system can be successfully injected into the medium permeability oilfield with obvious effect of oil production increasing. Two months after the operation,the oil production increased 3003 m3,which is of significance to the profile control of medium/low permeability reservoirs.
