MDEA脱碳系统运行问题及解决措施

摘要

In this paper,the problems existing in the operation of MDEA decarbonization system in the CO plant of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical aromatics plant are enumerated in detail. It is concluded that the main cause of the problem is the heat stable salt concentration in MDEA solution and the fluid scour in the MDEA air cooling tube.%详细列举了中石化扬子石化芳烃厂CO装置中MDEA脱碳系统运行中存在的问题,分析得出造成问题的主要原因为MDEA溶液中热稳态盐聚集及MDEA空冷管束中流体冲刷.
