以负载胺珍珠岩为阻燃剂制备过氯乙烯防火涂料

         

摘要

A large number of mixed solvents containing vinyl compounds will be accompanied in the process of ethylene productions produced by petroleum cracking. The mixed solvents can be used to prepare petroleum resin. In the low temperature cationic polymerization pro-cess, alkaline, acid or water wash will be used to terminate the polymerization. Then, petroleum resin will be obtained after filtration and distillation. The process is complicated. Environmental pollution is serious. Yield is low and production time is longer. Regarding the problems, perlite and bentonite are selected as filter adsorbed MCA. The new complex filter has chain termination and filtration properties. The filter waste was used to prepare intumes-cent perchlorethylene fire retardant coating because perlite will expand and melamine cya-nurate will break down as CO2、H2O、N2、NH3、NO1~3 when they were heated. The method were used for analysis, such as XRD、BJH and SEM. The mechanisms of polymerization chain ter-mination, filter preparation and flame retardant are described.%在石油裂解制乙烯的生产过程中会产生大量含烯类化合物的混合溶剂,可用以制备石油树脂.在低温阳离子聚合法生产石油树脂过程中,需经碱洗、酸洗或水洗完成聚合反应终止,通过过滤、减压蒸馏,得到石油树脂.后处理工艺复杂,环境污染大,产率低,台时长.本文针对阳离子聚合反应难终止和后处理难的问题,选用珍珠岩和膨润土为载体,通过吸附氰尿酸三聚氰胺,得到集链终止与过滤为一体的新型复合助滤剂;利用珍珠岩遇热膨胀、氰尿酸三聚氰胺遇热分解为CO2、H2O、N2、NH3、NO1~3特性,将该助滤剂残渣直接用于制备膨胀型防火涂料;进行了XRD、BJH、SEM等分析表征,详细阐述了聚合反应链终止、助滤和阻燃机理.
