ASME核电设备建造规范中的成形工艺评定

         

摘要

ASME核电设备建造规范要求对设备上每个成形零件的应变率进行计算,当超过一个不算太大的临界应变率时,就要求进行评定试验,测定在满足规范要求的韧性水平前提下,材料韧性性能降低的程度,并把测定值作为补偿量附加到对材料和焊材的采购要求中,以弥补成形应变造成的韧性损失.或代之以对实际用于成形零件的材料逐个炉批号地进行应变状态下的韧性试验,以确认经成形应变后材料实际韧性仍保持在不低于规范相应分卷要求的合格水平之上.%ASME nuclear construction codes require to calculate of the strain resulted from the forming of every part to be formed on the component first, and then to qualify the forming procedure adopted when the strain calculated reaches or exceeds a critical value which is very little amount, in order to determine the decrease of the toughness property of the material due to the forming under the precondition of the toughness level required by the code subsection applicable has been maintained, and to add it to the requirements for the material and welding filler purchased to compensate such a kind of toughness loss.Or alternatively make the toughness test for every heat-lot material intended to be used actually for the formed parts at the forming-strained condition to verify that the materials still have had a toughness level not less than the acceptable thresholds required in the Code Subsection applicable after the forming.
