一种新型超高分子量聚乙烯增强管的制备

         

摘要

目前国内外大部分使用的是PE100聚乙烯材料管道,这种管道性能优良,但在高压工作环境下的壁厚较厚.介绍了一种新型超高分子量聚乙烯增强管,该管道由5层材料构成,各项指标均优于PE100,具备优良的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能.对超高分子量聚乙烯增强管制备中内管、增强层、保护层的材料选用,接头和连接方式,以及增强管椭圆度、纵向回缩率、静水压强度、短时爆破强度性能检测进行了阐述.新型超高分子量聚乙烯管道突破了传统管道壁厚大和现场安装程序繁琐的局限,保证了管道的工作强度和传输效率,具有较强的市场竞争力和较好的应用前景.%A new ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene reinforced pipe expected to replace PE100 polyethylene pipe under high pressure working conditions is introduced.Compared with the PE100 which is mostly used in international and domestic market in current,the new reinforced pipe is prepared with excellent mechanical performance and corrosion resistance performance as well as than that of PE100.The pipe is made up of five layers with technical indexes better than that of PE100.The material selection of inner tube,reinforce layer,protective layer,the pattern selection of joint and its connection and,are elaborated the pipe performance testing items including ellipticity,longitudinal retraction rate,hydrostatic strengthen and short-time blasting strength are elaborated.Two limits of traditional pipe in a large wall thickness and complicated on-site installation have been broken through,and working strength and transmission efficiency were ensured.Therefore,the new ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene reinforced pipe possesses strong market competitiveness and better application prospects.
