苯乙烯装置腐蚀分析及腐蚀监测设置

摘要

通过对苯乙烯生产装置的发展、生产原理、生产工艺及腐蚀性介质的介绍及分析,说明了苯乙烯装置产生腐蚀的必然性.通过对苯乙烯装置的腐蚀分析,确定了苯乙烯装置的主要腐蚀部位及腐蚀系统.采用几种通用的腐蚀监测手段对已确定的腐蚀系统或腐蚀单元进行腐蚀监测,实现了对苯乙烯生产装置腐蚀发展趋势及腐蚀严重程度的有效监控,达到了及时发现苯乙烯生产装置腐蚀问题及腐蚀隐患并及时采取有效腐蚀消控措施的目的,防止了苯乙烯生产装置突发腐蚀问题的发生,实现了装置安全、平稳生产,可为国内同类苯乙烯装置及其他装置的腐蚀控制提供借鉴.%The inevitability of styrene device to corrosion was explained by introduction and analysis of development of styrene plant, production principle and production technology as well as corrosive medium.The corrosivity of process medium was analyzed to decide corrosion position and corrosion system.The corrosion system and section was monitored by mean of using several methods of general corrosion monitoring, and the effectively monitoring control was realized for corrosion development tendency and corrosion order of severity in styrene process units.By this means the corrosion problem and hidden danger were discovered in time in styrene unit, and the corrosion prevention measures were adopted.So the corrosion problem which have broken out was reduced to prevent the impact of corrosion occurred in styrene production plant and decrease the effects on the unit safe and stable production, which can take examples for domestic similar corrosion control of styrene device and other devices in China.
