铬钼合金钢压力管道施工中的关键环节及质量控制

结合项目特点,从管材进场检验、管道预制及安装、管道焊接及检验、管道系统试验等方面对石油化工装置工程建设中铬钼钢压力管道施工的关键内容进行了分析,并对压力管道安装质量控制体系及典型控制措施的落实情况进行了总结.%On the basis of specific project characteristics , this paper analyzes the key parts in the construction of Cr - Mo alloy steel pressure pipeline in petrochemical unit construction from the aspects of testing pipelines before construction, pipe prefabrication and installation, pipe welding and testing, pipe system trial, etc.. It summarizes the installation of quality control system in the pressure pipeline and the implementation of typical control measures.
