硫磺回收装置腐蚀原因及机理研究

摘要

Through a tracking research on the corrosion of sulfur recovery units with capacity of 200kt/a per unit in Puguang Gas Treating Plant, this paper analyzes the online- monitoring data from inductance probe. It carries out a preliminary discussion on the corrosion shape, influencing factors and corrosion mechanism existing in the system and puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to optimize the operation and retard corrosion.%通过对普光气田高含硫天然气净化厂200 kt/a硫磺回收装置腐蚀情况的跟踪研究,分析了电感探针在线监测数据,对系统内存在的腐蚀形态、影响因素、腐蚀机理进行了初步探讨,并对如何优化操作、减缓腐蚀提出了可行性建议.
