搅拌式环己酮氧化反应器的CFD分析

         

摘要

采用CFD数值模拟技术,基于RNG k-ε方程和欧拉多相流模型,对环己烷氧化生产环己酮装置中的搅拌鼓泡式氧化反应器进行了全尺寸的数值模拟,研究了液体进料位置、空气分布器结构,对反应器内部流动状况、气体分布和温度分布的影响.结果表明,原反应器设计存在液体入口堰位置偏高、冷烷进料位置不佳、空气分布器结构不甚合理及搅拌效果不良的问题.根据研究结果对反应器整改后,反应效果显著改善,较开车初期单耗降低100~130 kg/t.%A full-sized CFD numerical simulation was carried out for the analysis of stirred bubble - column reactor of cyclohexanone oxidation process. The κ-ε model based on RNG and Euler multiphase flow were used for simulation of influence of feed location and air distributor structure on the interior flow pattern, gas and temperature distribution. The results showed that the elevation of inlet weir, feed location and air distributor was not properly designed in the existing reactor, and the agitator was also not properly set to guarantee air distribution. Operation was improved effectively and cyclohexanone consumption was reduced by 100-130 kg/t after the reactor was modified according to the a-nalysis results.
