2010年在山东省济南市六一农场进行了田间试验,研究了硝磺草酮不同剂量的除草效果和对不同玉米品种的安全性。通过试验得出：硝磺草酮对阔叶杂草防效好于对禾本科杂草的防效。硝磺草酮对杂草防效与其施药剂量关系密切,供试剂量范围内,随着剂量的增加,硝磺草酮对敏感杂草防效提高。硝磺草酮对生产上主推的16个玉米品种,3个玉米自交系,1个糯玉米品种生长无影响,产量比清水对照区略高。重复用药叶片易出现轻微白化斑点,建议不要重复喷药。%Field studies were conducted to evaluate mesotrione applied and the different corn variety security in the Shandong Province Jinan 61 farms in 2010.We have the Obtains through the experiment that mesotrione to road-leaf weed against effect better to gramineae weed＇s against effect.mesotrione executes the medicament quantity relations to the weed against effect with it to be close,for reagent quantity scope,along with dosage increase,mesotrione to sensitive weed against effect enhancement.mesotrione to produces 16 corn varieties which on the host pushes,3 corn inbred line department,1 glutinous corn variety growth does not have the influence,the output is slightly higher than the clear water control farm plot.The redundant medication leaf blade easy to present the slight albinism spot,suggested that do not duplicate the spraying.
