小麦赤霉病田间病情指数、病粒率及DON毒素含量之间的关系初探

摘要

To study the relationship between the concurrence of wheat fusarium head blight and DON content in grain,fusarium-infected grain samples were taken according to the disease degree from 4 towns in Zhangjiagang,Jiangsu province.The DON content in the samples were analyzed.The results showed a significant positive relationship between wheat fusarium head blight and DON content in grain,from which a predication of DON content could be made based on the rate of diseased grains.The predication had certain practical value though some theoretical errors still existed due to different years with different disease condition.%为了解小麦赤霉病发病情况与麦粒中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)含量的相关性,从江苏省张家港市的4个乡镇中,根据感染赤霉病的程度,分轻、中、重采样,并检测了麦粒中DON的含量.结果表明:麦粒中DON含量随田间病情程度的增加而提高,并且呈极显著相关性.依据田间病情推算病粒率,可以进一步预测DON含量,在生产实践中具有一定的实用性,但在不同年份不同病情条件下还是会存在理论值误差.
