20％戊吡虫胍悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘要

A method was established for the determination of Guadipyr SC by HPLC with Kromasil C18 column and PDA at 280nm,using a mixture of acetonitrile and H3PO4 solution as mobile phase.The result showed that the variation coefficient of 0.18％,the standard deviation of 0.04,the average recovery of 99.73％,and the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 3 were obtained.%本文采用高效液相色谱法,使用反相色谱柱(Kromasil C18),乙腈+磷酸溶液为流动相,用二极管阵列检测器在280nm处定量检测戊吡虫胍的含量.结果表明,该分析方法的变异系数为0.18％,标准偏差为0.04,平均回收率为99.73％,线性系数为0.999 3.
