广西入汛水文判断标准初步研究

         

摘要

Based on the analysis of the Guangxi climate and hydrological characteristics of distribution,combined with the division of flood season in Guangxi,according to the status of corresponding principle,extensive principle,the full sample principle,non -human principle,On the basis of the historical average water level,the average water level of continuous 6 months maximum water level,the historical highest monthly level,the minimum level of average annual highest water level and the warning level characteristics as the standard.This paper has researched the time of enter the flood season in 5 regions(the northeast;the Southwest;the northwest,central and southeast of Guangxi),it is concluded that for no affected by the reservoir backwater or tidal effect River,the average water level of continuous 6 months maximum water level is the suitable judgment standard for a single hydro -climatic region;the historical aver-age water level is more suitable for an included multiple hydro -climatic characteristics of areas.%在分析广西气候和水文特征分布的基础上,结合广西汛期划分现状,按照现状对应、广泛性、全样本、非人为原则,以历年平均水位、历年连续最大6个月平均水位、历年平均最高月水位、历年最高水位最小值及警戒水位等特征值为标准,对桂东北,桂西南、桂西北、桂中、桂东南5个区域的入汛时间进行了分析研究,初步得出了对于不受水库回水或潮汐影响的河段,历年连续最大6个月平均水位比较适合单一水文气候特征区的入汛水文判断标准;历年平均水位比较适合包含多个水文气候特征区的入汛水文判断标准。
