按照水利部的统一部署，近些年来，珠江委加大了水土保持设施验收工作力度，共完成部批大中型生产建设项目水土保持设施验收170项，取得了一系列新进展和新成效，但同时也存在验收比例依然偏低、申请验收时间总体滞后、部分建设单位水土保持验收工作重视不够、技术评估单位工作质量参差不齐等问题。为进一步做好水土保持设施验收工作，应严格程序，扎实把好水土保持设施验收关；强化评价和管理，切实提高水土保持技术评估质量；依法督查，进一步加大水土保持监督执法力度；搞好水土保持宣传，提高全社会的水土保持意识。%Recently,under the unified deployment of the Ministry of Water Resources,PRWRC promoted the acceptance efforts of soil and water conservation facilities,and completed 170 development and construction projects for their acceptance of soil and water con-servation facilities.However,there are still some issues,such as low acceptance ratio,total time lag for acceptance application,insuf-ficient attentiontothe acceptance of soil and water conservation offew construction companies and uneven qualities of technology assess-ment agencies .To further improve the acceptance processes of soil and water conservation facilities,procedures should be standard-ized,the evaluation and management should be strengthened,and the quality of soil and water conservation technology assessment should be improved.Authorities should enhancethe intensity of soil and water conservation supervision and law enforcement,and do well in propaganda to increase public awareness of soil and water conservation.
