Water - soluble alkyd resin was prepared by linseed oil,hybrid of pentaerythritol and trimeth-ylolpropane. Influence factors of synthetic technology on the resin were discussed in details. In addition,the structure characterization and performance test of the resin were also investigated. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows; temperature 160 ~200℃ ,acid values before trimellitic anhydride incorporation 10~15 mgKOH/g,final acid value of resin 40 ~60 mgKOH/g. The solid content and viscosity of end resin were 50% and 210 mPa·s respectively,which provided good water resistance,oil resistance and dry resistance,with less shortcomings of traditional alkyd resins such as poor storage stability and lower wetting performance and its physical and mechanical properties was improved.%以亚麻油为脂肪酸,对季戊四醇和三羟甲基丙烷优化复配组合,探讨合成水溶性醇酸树脂的有效方法,研究了制备水溶性醇酸树脂的影响因素,并对树脂进行了结构表征.结果表明:酯化反应中树脂合成的反应温度控制在160~ 200℃之间,加偏苯三酸酐时酸值控制在10 ~ 15 mgKOH/g之间,树脂终点酸值控制在40 ~ 60 mgKOH/g最为适宜.制得的水溶性醇酸树脂固含量为50%,黏度为210 mPa·s,耐水性、耐油性、耐干性优良,克服了传统醇酸树脂贮存稳定性差、润湿力差的缺点,性能得到全面提高.
