通过预分散工艺将石墨烯制备成在涂料中易分散的石墨烯浆料,利用扫描电镜分析了石墨烯的分散性.采用预分散的石墨烯浆料取代传统环氧富锌涂料中的部分锌粉,研制了一种石墨烯-环氧锌粉复合防腐涂料.利用盐雾试验考察涂料的防腐性能,结果表明:预分散工艺改善了石墨烯的分散性,0.8%石墨烯掺量下的石墨烯-环氧锌粉复合防腐涂料具有最佳的腐蚀防护性能,耐盐雾时间达到2 000 h,同时由于石墨烯的加入,涂层耐冲击性和附着力都得到增强.%A graphene slurry was prepared by graphene powder through pre-dispersion process,and the dispersibility of graphene was researched by scanning electron microscope (SEM).The graphene slurry which replaced partial proportion of zinc in traditional epoxy zinc -rich coating was used to prepare the graphene-epoxy zinc composite anticorrosive coatings.The salt spray test was used to evaluate the anticorrosive performance of graphene-epoxy zinc composite anticorrosive coatings and the results indicated that the pre-dispersion process improved the dispersibility of graphene,the graphene-epoxy zinc composite anticorrosive coating with graphene content of 0.8% possessed excellent anticorrosive performance with 2 000 h salt spray resistance result.Meanwhile,the impact strength and adhesion force performance of the coatings were enhanced because of the addition of graphene.
