某油田油水混输管道用缓蚀剂的筛选与评价

     

摘要

Based on a lot of literature investigation and practical engineering experience,a systematic screening and evaluation method of inhibitors for oil-water mixed pipeline has been established.With the case of Weizhou oil-water mixed pipeline,this paper systematically illustrates the corrosion screening and evaluation method aimed at the characteristics of production of the pipeline.According to the scheme,the collection and analysis of field condition data have been carried out first,and then the physical and chemical properties (solubility,emulsibility,foaming and compatibility) and electrochemical properties of the 8 optional inhibitors have been tested for preliminary screening.On the base of the above screening and the analysis of field condition,the areas under the most critical corrosion conditions are provided,wherein the influential factor such as corrosion inhibitor concentration is analyzed.For instance,the dynamic simulation tests of 50 mg/L and 40 mg/L concentration were conducted to evaluate the corrosion inhibition performance of inhibitors.Finally combining with the corrosion inhibition effect and economic considerations,corrosion inhibitor and the corresponding concentration were selected.The results show that this scheme can be used for the corrosion inhibitor screening.%设计了一套系统的油水混输管道用缓蚀剂的筛选与评价方法.以涠洲某油水混输海管为案例,利用该缓蚀剂筛选评价方法,针对该管道生产工艺特点,进行了系统的缓蚀剂筛选评价.根据该筛选方案,首先进行现场工况数据的收集与分析,再对8种缓蚀剂进行了初步筛选,包括理化性能测试(溶解性、乳化倾向、发泡性和与其他药剂配伍性等)与电化学测试.在上述筛选基础上,选取最苛刻的腐蚀工况点,并考虑缓蚀剂加注浓度的变化,在50 mg/L与40 mg/L的加注浓度下进行动态模拟试验评价缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能.最后结合缓蚀效果及经济性两方面,筛选出了满足要求的缓蚀剂及对应的加注浓度.结果表明该缓蚀剂筛选评价方案在实际工程应用上切实可行.
