改善微循环对治疗慢性疼痛和神经病理性疼痛的重要作用:文献综述

摘要

在各种病因引起微循环的病理生理变化中,本文通过微血管内皮细胞激活、微血管内皮损伤、微血管增生和微循环灌注障碍4个方面,讨论不同的微循环病变对慢性疼痛和神经病理性疼痛的发生发展的关键作用.在治疗过程中,改善微循环障碍,保护血管内皮细胞系统,对治疗慢性疼痛和神经病理性疼痛有着重要作用.%This paper analyzed the effects of microvascular endothelial injury,microvascular proliferative phase and microvascular perfusion disorder to discuss the critical role of different microcirculation lesions in the development and formation of chronic pain and neuropathic pain.The improvement of microcirculation system and protection of vascular endothelial cells play an important role in the treatment of chronic pain and neuropathic pain.
