This article mainly introduced the buckets weighing type automatic liquid filling machine struc-ture characteristics,working principle and structure design of main components.On the basis of traditional fill-ing structure added before a filling head position can be adjusted,improved the precision of filling,combines the automatic control of pneumatic system,PLC to realize the automatic filling of liquid measurement and out-put.The equipment is smooth operation,safe and reliable,suitable for good liquid filling liquid.%主要介绍了桶装称重式自动液体灌装机的结构特点、工作原理和主要部件的结构设计。在传统灌装结构基础上新增了一次灌装前灌装头，行程位置可以调整，提高了灌装精度，结合气路系统、PLC的自动控制实现液体的自动灌装计量和输出。该设备运行平稳、安全可靠，适用于流动性较好的液体灌装。
