用于机械手装箱生产线的理罐机的设计

摘要

This paper studied on the canned array technology of manipulator case packing line.It pro-posed a self-developed machine,comprising of function of quick arrangement and combination of canned,in or-der to facilitate the manipulator group sucking and packing.The design scheme,key structural and technical principle of this machine were also detailed.This machine has been applied in the production line of jam,fruit juice,herbal tea,canned fish,etc.,it was suitable for the arrangement of round and oval canned.Capacity of this machine was 240~600 can/min.%对机械手装箱生产线中的理罐技术进行深入研究，自主研发出具备罐头产品快速排列组合的功能的理罐机，以利于机械手成组吸取和准确装箱。详述了机器的设计方案、关键结构及技术原理。机器已应用于果酱、果汁、凉茶、鱼罐头等生产线中，该机适用于圆形及椭圆形罐头产品的排列，处理能力为240～600罐／min。
