以锡箔纸裹包的山楂片为研究对象,研究山楂片自动裹包方案的实现方式.通过对山楂片自动裹包机械的设计要求的分析,探讨山楂片包装技术原理及其生产工艺流程,研究裹包工艺方案,以及完成裹包的各个关键机构的运动过程,并设计关键机构的工作循环图,完成了对裹包动作的工作循环图的设计.最终形成自动裹包工艺方案,为开发农副产品自动包装机械提供参考和依据.%By taking hawthorn flakes wrapped with the tinfoil as the research object,the realization method of automatic wrapping of hawthorn flakes was studied. By analyzing the design requirements of the automatic wrapping machine of hawthorn flakes,the packaging technology principle of hawthorn flakes and its production process were investigated,the wrapping process solution and the movement process of each key mechanism that completes wrapping were studied,and the working cycle diagram of each key mechanism was designed, and finally the design of the working cycle diagram of the whole wrapping action was completed. Finally,the automatic wrapping process solution was formed,which provides reference and basis for the development of automatic packaging machinery for agricultural and sideline products.
