On Women's Efforts in Changing their Fate in China and America

摘要

There are many American and Chinese literature works describing the great effort women have paid on changing their fates. This article takes Ba Jin's Home and Dreiser's Sister Carrie as examples, presenting an analysis about similarities and differences of these two works in light of the great effort women in both countries have paid in changing their fates.
