The thesis researches effects of Cooperative Learning on senior students'English reading character and reveals the signif-icance and effectiveness of Cooperative Learning cultivating students'English reading character. English reading character com-prises reading habits and reading experience, therefore this thesis analyzes students'reading behaviors, frequency, reading vol-ume, and reading attitude as well as reading interest and self-assessment from these two dimensions. Then it sums up relations be-tween these dimensions and provides some implications for how senior teachers utilize Cooperative Learning to cultivate students ' English reading character.
