颈椎脊髓损伤呼吸管理量表的制订及临床应用

摘要

目的 制订脊髓损伤患者呼吸管理程序并应用于临床,以预防患者呼吸道并发症,降低脊髓损伤手术风险,提高该疾病治疗效果,改善患者预后.方法 2008年1月～2010年10月共收治脊髓损伤患者154例,针对呼吸功能紊乱采取针对性护理并加以总结,制订出颈椎脊髓损伤围手术期呼吸管理评估表.以该程序为指导,对脊髓损伤患者呼吸功能进行实时评估并予以标准化治疗及护理.结果 经标准化治疗及护理后均无严重并发症发生,康复周期缩短.结论 颈椎脊髓损伤患者经过标准化针对性治疗及护理后,呼吸系统并发症可明显减少或避免,有利于患者顺利康复.%Objective Establish a respiratory management scale for patients with spinal cord injuries and apply in clinical treatment to prevent respiratory complications, decrease the risks of operations, improve the effects of treatment and better the outcomes of patients.Methods 154 patients with spinal cord injuries were included in the research between Jan 2008 and Oct 2010. Emphasis of nursing was focused on pulmonary function disorders and the nursing experience was concluded to establish a standardized perioperative respiratory management scale. Real time evaluations of the patients' respiratory functions were made and all the patients were treated and nursed according to the standardized program.Results None of the patients with spinal cord injuries treated and nursed standardizedly experienced severe complications and the length of recovery period of most patients were shortened.Conclusion For patients with spinal cord injuries, incidence of respiratory complications was reduced significantly and outcomes of the patients were improved obviously after standardized treatment and nursing.
