目的总结关节镜辅助手法松解的临床疗效.方法2008年9月至2011年6月,27例原发性和继发性冻结肩患者采取关节镜下松解术结合麻醉下手法松解.术前、术后根据缩减的CMS评分系统作为疗效判定标准进行评分.结果27例患者全部获得随访,随访≥12个月.术前评分40.19±5.60,术后评分62.78±6.58,<0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论采用肩关节镜进行肩关节粘连松解,创伤小,痛苦少,恢复快,是一种值得推广的方法.%Objective To summarized the clinical efficacy of frozen shoulder treated by Arthroscopy and painless ar-throlysis. Methods From September 2008 to June 2011, 27 cases of primary and secondary frozen shoulder patients take arthroscopic release technique combined with manipulation release performed under anesthesia. Preoperative and postoperative according to reduced CMS rating system as the outcome rating standard. Results All patients were fol-lowed-up more than 12 months. Preoperative score 40.19 ± 5.60, postoperative score 62.78 ± 6.58, <0.05, the difference have statistical significance. Conclusion Arthroscopic release for the treatment of frozen shoulder, small tra-uma, less pain, rapid recovery, is a worthy of popularizing in method.
