某风洞试验装置动力学特性分析

摘要

Aiming at the optimal design and evaluate tester problem certain type aircraft inlet channel, simulationanalysis the motion mechanism of U model. Adopt two electromotor to drive straightly the pitching axes, use an ALGOR 23finite element analysis (FEA) software to analyze kinematics and finite element of testing set, FEA includes static analysisand model analysis. The result indicates that the structure design of tester satisfies requirement of specifications, can toafford reference for design.%针对某型飞机进气道的优化设计和性能评估装置问题,对U型运动机构进行模拟分析.采用2个力矩电机同时直接驱动俯仰轴,引入ALGOR 23有限元分析软件,对试验装置进行运动学分析和有限元分析,有限元分析包括静应力分析和模态分析.分析结果表明:试验装置的结构设计满足指标要求,能为相关设计提供借鉴.
