电磁频谱管理系统需求模型

             

摘要

To describe requirements of electromagnetic spectrum management system (ESMS) accurately and completely, the models of the system are described in the aspects of business requirements, technology requirements and functional operation requirements, based on studying the structure of ESMS and its workflow. The process of constructing models of ESMS requirement is discussed in detail by means of Extensible Markup Language (XML) and the relationship diagram of UML, and the general model of datagram is presented, in order to realize interoperability. The results show that the models can effectively reduce the complexity of information exchange among functional units within system and systems, but also take full account of all the functional requirements of potential users.%为准确描述电磁频谱管理系统(electromagnetic spectrum management system,ESMS)的需求,在研究其系统结构和工作流程的基础上,从业务需求、技术需求和功能操作需求3个方面来描述系统的需求模型.利用XML语言和UML关系图,对电磁频谱管理系统需求模型体系的构建过程进行详细阐述,并给出系统各部分实现信息交互的通用数据报文模板.结果表明:该模型既能有效降低系统内和系统间各功能单元信息交互的复杂性,又能充分考虑潜在用户的所有功能需求.
