In order to improve response capacity of a certain type solid rocket motor thrust vector control (TVC) system, optimal design of spoiler servo control system was developed. Using FPGA hardware logic, motor drive module was carried out by injecting triple period harmonic wave to SPWM modulation, and digital closed-loop current control of id = 0 was achieved in the control period of not more than 50μs. Current tracking experimental results show that the current control method realized better dynamic response.%为提高固体小型火箭发动机推力矢量控制中扰流片摆动响应能力,开展了扰流片控制伺服驱动系统电流环设计.采用 FPGA的硬件逻辑电路,通过注入 3次谐波的 SPWM调制实现对电机的桥路驱动,实现了 id =0电流环数字化闭环控制,控制周期不大于50 μs.电流跟踪试验结果表明,该方法实现的电流环控制具有较好的动态响应能力.
