浮动自动机弹簧机构的改良设计

             

摘要

Aiming at floating for automatic machine recoil big peak and instable changes, design a floating robot realize approximately constant force spring mechanism, similar to realize automatic machine after sitting approximate size of the force constant, constant direction. After feasibility analysis from the principle of automatic machine recoil for a given value, innovative design of a cam trough spring mechanism. After the first theoretically improved recoil spring mechanism to achieve a stable floating principle, and then complete the simulation analysis through improved organization ADAMS, get improved automatic cannon box after the force curve. Simulation results show that: after floating spring mechanism improved design can reduces the peak force automatically, and direction of the force remains unchanged.%针对浮动自动机后坐力峰值大、变化不稳定的问题,设计一种实现浮动自动机受力近似恒定的弹簧机构,近似实现自动机后坐受力大小近似不变、方向恒定.从原理上分析了自动机后坐力为定值的可行性,创新地设计了一种凸轮槽式弹簧机构.先从理论上推导了改良机构实现浮动弹簧后坐力稳定的原理,再通过 ADAMS 完成改良机构的仿真分析,得到改良后自动机炮箱受力曲线图.仿真结果表明:改良设计后的浮动弹簧机构降低自动机受力峰值,而且受力方向保持不变.
