简析齿顶高系数变化对齿轮泵排量的影响

         

摘要

For shortening time and cutting down cost of gear pump research, based on the working principle of gear pump, taking gear pump of certain type hydraulic system as example, introduced surveying, mapping, calculation, design process of the gear with non-standard addendum coefficient, and analyzed the influence of addendum coefficient on performance and emission coverage for giving a new method for shortening time and cutting down cost of gear pump research. The research results show that, changes of addendum coefficient can greatly expand gear pump emission coverage, have and advantages of gear pump design and manufacture, cut down production cost and give reference for gear pump design.%为缩短齿轮泵研制周期、降低成本,基于齿轮泵的工作原理,以某型号液压系统用齿轮泵齿轮为例,阐述了非标准齿顶高系数齿轮的测绘、计算、设计过程,分析了齿顶高系数对泵性能及排量覆盖面的影响,以期提供一种缩短齿轮泵研制周期、降低成本的新方法.研究结果表明:改变齿顶高系数能明显扩大齿轮泵排量覆盖面,利于齿轮泵系列化的设计与生产,能够降低齿轮泵的生产成本,为齿轮泵的设计提供了有益的借鉴.
