为研究弹丸头部形状对前置破片飞散特性的影响,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元仿真软件模拟前向增强预制破片弹的爆炸过程.研究在不同曲率半径头部壳体上破片层的破片飞散速度及飞散角的关系,以及连接螺对前置破片飞散特性的影响.结果表明:破片层头部的破片速度主要为轴向速度,而尾部破片主要是径向速度,且破片初速及头部的破片飞散角随弹丸头部壳体曲率半径的增大而减小.同时,连接螺主要影响破片层尾部破片的飞散特性,并对中部的破片也有一定的约束.%In order to investigate the influence of projectile head shape of front fragment on scattering characteristics, this paper adopts ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element simulation software to simulate the explosive of the forward enhanced time-fuzzed ammunition. Research the relationship between fragment flying velocity and flying angle under different curvature radius of the head shell, and the influence of connecting screw on front scattering characteristics. The results show that the fragment velocity of fragment layer head is mainly the axial velocity, the tail fragment is mainly the radial velocity, the fragment initial velocity and head fragment flying angle are decreased when projectile head shell curvature radius increases. At the same time, the connection screw mainly makes influence on flying characteristics of fragment layer tail fragment, and it also has certain constraints to the central fragment.
