某小型两轴跟踪系统结构的静动态力学特性分析

         

摘要

This paper aims at reducing the tracking error and improving the ability of tracking target foe the system.Taking a small two-axis tracking system as an example, according to the working characteristics of a small two axis tracking system, the mechanical structure of the tracking system is designed. The static and dynamic characteristics of the main structure of the system are analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, on the premise of establishing the three-dimensional model of the structure. The results of analysis show that the structure of the system satisfies the requirements of strength and stiffness. Meanwhile, the modal analysis shows that the system has good dynamic characteristics and no resonance occurs. In the near distance target, the system can satisfy the stability of optical axis in azimuth 100 (°)/S2 and pitching 150 (°)/S2.%为减小跟踪系统跟踪误差,提高跟踪目标能力,以某小型两轴跟踪系统为例,根据某小型两轴跟踪系统的工作特点,设计跟踪系统的机械结构,在建立结构3维模型的前提下,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对系统的主要结构进行静、动态特性分析.分析结果表明:该系统结构满足强度和刚度的要求,具有良好的动态特性,不会发生共振.即在近距离目标情况下,该系统可以在方位角加速度100(°)/S2、俯仰角加速度150(°)/S2的旋转下满足视轴的稳定.
