SSPA器件非均匀性的形成及补偿方法

The cause for generating nonuniform characteristics of SSPA imagesensor array is investigated based on introduction of its basic operating principle, and the correcting method is given. The technique has a large practical value for the detection of the signal with low contrast when SSPA device is applied.%介绍SSPA图象传感器阵列的基本工作原理,在此基础上主要探讨其不均匀性特性形成的原因，并且给出了校正方法。该技术在用SSPA器件对低对比度信号的检测中有很大实用价值。
