基于设计结构矩阵的复杂产品供应链管理优化

         

摘要

In view of the complex network structure for complex products' suppliers,DSM is applied to express the interaction among structure elements of complex products,so as to show the hidden connection among suppliers in the complex supply chain.Furthermore,the DSM model is clustered based on PSO algorithm,and the classification for complex product' s structure elements is thus attained.On the base of that,the suppliers are classified,and suppliers of quality structure elements with close connection can communicate with each other more effectively.Thus,the management and coordination of the complex supplier network is optimized.An example is finally given to verify the proposed procedure.%针对复杂产品复杂的供应商网络结构,运用DSM表示复杂产品结构元素之间的交互作用,显示复杂供应链中各供应商之间隐藏着的联系,并基于粒子群算法对DSM实现聚类划分,从而得到复杂产品结构元素的分类,并以此为依据将众多供应商进行分类,使紧密联系的结构元素的供应商可以更为有效地交流,从而达到优化复杂供应商网络管理和协调的目的.最后以汽车发动机供应链管理的优化作为算例对所提方法进行了应用.
