复杂基底排土场排土机及升段工艺创新

         

摘要

In order to improve the reliability of semi-continuous dumping system in Buzhaoba Open-pit Mine Longqiao dump and ensure the ability of stripping and transportation in open-pit mine, the mine innovatively designs dumping plough dumping technology ascending material distribution system ,and uses the old trucks to make self-moving belt conveyor, which increases the dumping radius of dumping plough. The whole innovation scheme simplifies the ascending method of dumping technology under the complex terrain of hillside dump, which greatly improves effective operating time of system, reduces initial engineering quantity of dumping line and saves production cost.%为了提高布沼坝露天矿龙桥排土场半连续排土系统的可靠性,保证露天矿剥离运输产生能力,创新设计了排土机排土工艺升段物料分流系统,利用废旧卡车制作自移式带式输送机,有效增大了排土机的排土半径。整个创新方案简化了山坡排土场复杂地形排土机排土工艺升段方法,大幅提高了系统的有效作业时间,减少排土机排土线初始工程量,节约了生产成本。
