电气接地关系到供电系统人员的安全及电气设备的可靠性、稳定性，因各类设备功能的不同，接地系统也不同，但在项目的供配电设计中，都必须进行接地系统设计。设备过电压对人身或设备易产生危害，应用防雷技术可以预防火灾、防止雷击等，将危害降到最低。因此，在电气设计过程中，接地系统设计和防雷设计在整个项目中占有举足轻重的地位。%Electrical grounding is related to power system security and reliability of electrical equipment, stability.
