内置式集肤效应电伴热技术在集油系统的应用

         

摘要

为降低产能工程投资,从2006年开始,在大庆外围油田大量应用以碳纤维、穿槽式电热带电热管为主的电伴热集油工艺。该工艺在运行2~3年后,普遍暴露出故障率高、寿命短、维修难度大等问题,严重影响原油生产。为此,自2012年起,方兴公司在台105、台1区块应用内置式集肤效应电伴热技术逐步对原有电伴热管线进行改造。内置式集肤效应电伴热工艺技术较原有的碳纤维电伴热、穿槽式电伴热减少了接头数量,从而降低了故障率和生产运行成本,有效避免了因管线电伴热故障而造成的原油减产;集肤效应电伴热热效率较高,和其他电加热工艺相比耗电量更低,更加节能;该技术与其他伴热方式相比减少了对庞大配电系统的需要。%In order to reduce the engineering investment of productivity, it has been ap-plied a great quantity of electrically-heat-tracing gathering technologies mainly about electro-thermic tubes in carboncber or slot-through electrothermic ribbons in outskirts of Daqing Oilfield since 2006. Having been worked for 2~3 years, this technology appears problems such as high failure rate,short endurance,hard maintenance and repairs which are serious af-fections to the field production.To solve these problems,Fangxing Company has been rec-reating preexisting pipes and lines to the built-in skin-effect electrically-heat-tracing tech-nology in Tai 105 and Tai 1 since 2012. Comparing with the original method, this new modification has advantages such as less amount of connectors which are used in electrically-heat-tracing, less expense of production running. Through this method, the crude oil re-duction of output caused by electric heat tracing device is avoided. Compared to other elec-tric heating technology, the skin-effect electric-heat-tracing device with high heat efficien-cy is low erergy consumption and lower demand to power distribution system.
