美国TAPS管道通过定期检测维护、降低管道输量,实现了老龄管道超期服役的安全运行。因管道超期服役提出了基于整合管道剩余强度评价技术和管道剩余寿命预测技术应用于管道延长寿命的研究路线。ISO/TS 12474—2011的先进性表现在:建立了基于管道系统完整性的延长管道运行寿命的评估程序;综合考虑管道运营商、政府部门和公众的风险可接受准则,进行延长管道寿命风险评价;重新审查管道系统设计,确定管道安全余量和未来运行状态;分别考虑腐蚀速率上限和下限,确定管道剩余寿命。通过借鉴该标准的先进性,结合我国管道工程实践,可建立具有我国特色的管道延长寿命技术规范。%American TAPS pipeline successfully solved safe operation problem for old out-service pipeline through regular inspection and maintenance, and reducing pipeline through-put. Because of the out service pipeling, this paper proposed the idea of integrating of pipe-line remaining strength assessing technology and pipeline remaining life forecasting technology applied to the study of pipeline extension life.The advancements of ISO/TS 12474-2011 dis-play that set up pipeline extension life assessing procedure based on pipeline system integrity, comprehensive consideration operator and government and public risk acceptance principal to carry out risk assessment,and review pipeline system design to determine pipeline safer allow-ance and future operation condition, and considered maximum and minimum corrosion rate respectively to determine pipeline remaining life. It can be established with characteristic of our country pipeline life-extending technology specification by referring the advancement of ISO/TS 12474-2011,in combination with the practical situation of pipeline in our country.
