基于射频法的原油含水率在线测量系统

     

摘要

Water content measurement technology based on radio frequency method is an effective method during crude oil production. Measurement system is designed for water content in crude oil. On the basis of the measurement system, experimental program is de-signed to execute the static and dynamic testing that is almost close to the actual production status. According to the experimental results from two different testing conditions, the error range and consistency of the measurement system based radio frequency method are identified. Experimental results show that the nonlinear error of the system is less than 0.5% and water content measurement system based on radio frequency method meets the requirement of oil field application.%射频法是测量原油含水率的一种有效方法,为此设计了射频法原油含水率测量系统,并建立了接近于产油现场的动、静态原油含水测试试验平台.通过对比两种不同状态下的原油含水率测量结果,确定了射频法测量系统的误差范围和一致性.试验结果表明:射频法含水率测量系统的非线性误差在0.5%以内,满足现场应用的需求.
