SVG补偿技术在天然气管线压气站上的应用

         

摘要

天然气管线压气站常处于偏远地区,远离供电负荷中心,为改善压气站电能质量,避免因功率因数过低造成供电部门的力调电费罚款,需要对供电系统进行无功补偿设计.通过西气东输二线某压气站工程SVG的应用,分析压气站力调电费罚款的原因,对比常规无功补偿方案存在的问题,着重介绍了压气站内SVG供电设计方案,提出了适合压气站实际情况的SVG容量计算方法.该项技术在国内天然气管线压气站上应用取得了良好的效果,目前此方法已经在西气东输三线、轮南支干线等项目得到推广应用.%Natural gas pipeline compressor station always stayed in remote areas, far away from the load center of the power supply.In order to improve power quality of the compres-sor station, to avoid the penalty from the power supply departments caused by low power factor, the design of reactive power compensation to power supply system is required. Through the application of SVG in the west to east gas pipeline Ⅱ gas compressor station project, analyses the reason of the penalty to the compressor station, compared to the con-ventional reactive power compensation methods, emphatically introduces the power supply design of SVG, puts forward a calculation method of SVG capacity which is suitable for the actual condition of compressor station. The SVG compensation technology is successfully used in the domestic gas pipeline compressor station, At present, this method has been ap-plied in the west to east gas pipelineⅢ,and the gas pipeline project of LunNan Branch.
