加蓬AKONDO油田地面集输处理系统设计

     

摘要

The Gabon project is an important project of looking for oil and gas at abroad as going-out strategy for SINOPEC, and AKONDO Oilfield EPCC project is of paramount importance. Its surface engineering design includes oil and gas gathering and processing, oily water treatment, water injection, accessory system etc. The oil production way is gas lift production. According to the forecast of development index, the oil production capacity is 20.75 × 104 t/a, associated gas capacity is 9.99 × 104 m3/d, gas lift capacity is 26 × 104 m3/d. The general layout is arrangement station of one stage, the gathering process is oil wells→Central Process Station→M’ BoumBa gathering station of TOTAL. Optimizing gathering system design by using new technologies and new equipments, and the thermal chemical three-phase separator dehydration is adopted, short process, low energy, water cut of oil is 0.5%. In early 2015, oil from PAD-1 went into central process station(CPF) remarks AKONDO Oilfield production.%加蓬项目是中国石化大力实施走出去战略、在海外找油找气的重要项目, AKONDO油田EPCC项目是其中重要部分,其地面工程设计包括油气集输与处理、注水和污水处理等配套系统的设计。该油田采油方式为气举采油,根据开发指标预测,地面集输系统原油生产规模为20.75×104 t/a,伴生气处理规模为9.99×104 m3/d,气举规模为26×104 m3/d。油气集输系统布局采用一级布站方式,集输流程为单井→集中处理站→外输至TOTAL油田的 M’BoumBa集油站。通过采用新技术、新设备,对集输处理系统进行优化设计。原油脱水采用一段三相分离器热化学脱水工艺,流程短、能耗低,设计原油含水率0.5%。2015年年初,随着PAD-1井组来油进入集中处理站(CPF),标志着中国石化在加蓬新建的AKONDO油田已实现进油投产。
