水平管油气水三相流压降特性实验研究

         

摘要

In order to deeply understand the flow characteristics of oil-gas-water three phase flow in horizontal pipe and accurately predict the pressure drop changes during the flow process,take white oil,water and air as the experimental medium and perform oil-gas-wa-ter three phase flow dynamic experimental study on the multi- phase flow experimental plat-form. By organizing the flow pattern appeared during the experiment, the oil-gas-water three phase flow in horizontal tube is divided into stratified flow, bubble flow, intermittent flow (slug flow and slug flow) and annular flow. Based on the pressure drop correlation of Ch-ishlom, the correlation parameter C is redefined and the correlation formula is proposed for the prediction of pressure drop in a horizontal tube oil-gas-water three phase flow. By the comparison with experimental measuring pressure drop and found that the improved pressure drop prediction correlations can better predict the oil-gas-water three phase flow pressure drop in horizontal tube, which can be applied as the general relationship of frictional pressure drop calculation in oil-gas-water three phase flow of horizontal pipe.%为了深入了解水平管内油气水三相流的流动特性并准确预测流动过程中的压降变化,以白油、自来水和空气为实验介质,在多相流实验平台上进行了油气水三相流流动实验研究。对实验过程中出现的流型进行整理,将水平管内油气水三相流的流型划分为分层流、泡状流、间歇流(段塞流和弹状流)和环状流。基于Chishlom的压降关联式,重新定义了关联参数C,并提出了适用于水平管油气水三相流的压降预测关联式。通过与实验测量压降比较可知,改进的压降预测关联式能较好地预测水平管内的油气水三相流压降,可以作为水平管油气水三相流摩擦压降计算的通用关系式。
