基于物联网的油田井场安全监控预警系统

         

摘要

The Internet of things is the foundation of digital oilfield towards the intelligent oilfield. Combined with the intelligent oilfield construction project of Yanchang oilfield, es-tablished the framework of safety monitoring and pre-warning system for oil well site, ana-lyzed safety factor and pre-warning and monitoring factors of well site, proposed the safety monitoring and early warning model based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the safety intelligent decision process. The system is composed of three parts, which are safety information collection, transmission, pre-warning and decision, real-time monitoring the production process parameters, equipment status, leakage, theft etc, through wireless and wired network to conduct security data and state information integration, to achieve safety monitoring and pre-warning and intelligent decision. The system plays an important role in the safety production and safety management of digital oilfield,and it has a certain application value.%物联网是数字化油田迈向智慧化油田的基础.结合延长油田物联网智慧化油田建设项目,开发基于物联网的油田井场安全监控预警系统,确立安全监控预警系统物联网架构,分析井场安全要素与预警监测因素集,提出基于模糊层次分析法(AHP)的安全监控预警模型以及安全智能决策流程.系统由安全信息采集、传输、预警与决策三部分构成,对井场生产工艺参数、设备状态信息、泄漏、防盗等实时监测,通过无线与有线网络进行井场安全数据与状态信息集成,实现安全监控预警与智能决策.该系统在数字化油田安全生产与安全管理中发挥了重要作用,具有一定的应用推广价值.
