管道非开挖原位更新技术研究与现场应用

             

摘要

针对老化失效、穿越地表植被丰富的非金属单井管线开挖更换施工难题,开展了管道非开挖原位更新技术研究与现场应用.更新管线材质选用柔性复合管,通过施工长度和配套设备选型力学计算可知,拉伸强度为110 kN的柔性复合管一次最大施工长度为258 m,配套设备提供最小拉力为178 kN.现场应用中柔性复合管轴向拉伸强度可达183.6 kN、最大施工长度可达280 m,设备输出最大拉力为150 kN.应用结果表明,该技术可提高施工时效30%,节省工程费用20%.%Aiming at the problem that the excavation and change of non-metallic single well pipelines that is aging ineffective or pass through rich vegetation is difficult, pipeline trenchless in-place replacing technology is studied and applied in the field. The flexible multi-unit pipe is chosen as the replacing pipe. Through calculating the construction length and selection of supporting equipments, the maxi-mum construction length of the flexible multi-unit pipe with tensile strength of 110 kN at one time is 258 m, and the minimum tension of supporting equipments is 178 kN. In the field application, the axial tensile strength of the flexible multi-unit pipe is 183.6 kN, and its maximum construction length is 280 m. The maximum equipment output tension is 150 kN. The application results show that the technology can improve construction efficiency by 30% and save the project cost by 20%.
