灰色模糊决策法在油田地面工程项目评价中的应用

         

摘要

The oilfield surface engineering project is an important part of the oilfield productivity con-struction project. Its characteristics include short construction period, strict management procedure, complex engineering technology, large investment scale and high market risk. In view of the com-plexity of the oilfield surface engineering project, in its evaluation process the factors considered include the prophase of the project, the implementation process, the implementation effect and influence and the sustainability. Through adopting the grey fuzzy evaluation method that combines quantitative anal-ysis with qualitative analysis, the subjective factor interference can be better controlled, with fuzziness and high reliability of the evaluation result. A case study is carried out and quantitatively evaluated in the oilfield surface engineering project of X Oilfield in northern part of Songliao Basin, and the result shows that the method can gain a more accurate and comprehensive evaluation for the surface engineer-ing project and provides the basis for decision-making of similar projects in the future.%油田地面工程项目是油田产能建设项目中的重要部分,具有建设周期短、管理程序严密、工程技术复杂、投资规模大和市场风险高等特点.针对油田地面工程项目的复杂性,在油田地面工程项目评价过程中需要考虑项目前期、实施过程、实施效果和影响与持续性等多方面因素,通过采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的灰色模糊评价法,可更好地控制主观因素干扰,使评价结果既具有模糊性又有很高的可信度.选取松辽盆地北部某油田地面工程项目进行灰色模糊决策法实证量化评估,结果表明该方法可对地面工程项目进行更准确、更全面的评价,为今后类似项目的决策提供依据.
