哈得油田单井井口与计量间取样位置优化

         

摘要

油气田开发过程中,单井产液量中含水率的测试是一项非常重要的工作,哈得油田取样在单井井口进行,但是相对分散的单井分布造成了取样工作的相对繁重.井口与计量间集输管线流态处于完全紊流状态时,油水混合均匀,可以大大提高取样含水率真实性,而流态的判断可以通过雷诺数的计算来实现.研究表明,哈得地区集输管线管输流态包括层流、过渡流、紊流等,处于过渡流与层流流态的集输管线可以在井口通过加热或者注气采油方式使流态达到紊流状态,紊流流态可以直接在计量间取样代替井口取样,从而减小井口取样的工作量以及计量间取样与井口取样的误差.%In the process of oil and gas field development,the test of water content in the single well liquid production is very important.The sampling work of Hade Oilfield is done in the head of the single well,but relatively dispersive single wells make the work relatively heavy.When the flow regime of the gathering and transportation pipeline between wellheads and measuring houses is in the fully turbulent state,the oil and water is well-mixed,which obviously improves the authenticity of water content,and the flow regime can be judged by the calculation of Reynolds number.The study indicates that the flow regime of the gathering pipeline in Hade includes laminar flow,transition flow and turbulent flow.The sampling position of measuring house can replace the mouth of well in the turbulent tlow.The gathering and transportation pipeline flow regime under the state of laminar flow and transition flow can reach turbulent flow by heating or gas injection recovery at the wellhead,and under the state of turbulent flow,samples got directly in the measuring house can replace those got at the wellhead,which can reduce errors of sampling in the measuring house or at the wellhead.
