Peripheral oilfields are located in remote areas, and the production management is diffi-cult, so the level of the station monitoring system directly affects the production management. A rea-sonable monitoring system construction mode should be chosen based on their own situations.The sta-tion centralized monitoring construction mode in the peripheral oilfield adheres to the principle of sta-tion centralized monitoring and posting no man on duty, and the station has unified layout, unified control and unified management,with rational use of constructed facilities.Monitoring system is com-posed of two parts: control system and safety system.For large stations such as joint stations,the con-trol system should adopt the "master redundancy + remote I/O system configuration", security system should adopt"industrial TV+ cable vibration". Transfer stations and other small and medium-sized yards should adopt PLC control system,and the security system adopts "industrial TV+ laser to shoot". After reforming centralized monitoring system, the station has a high level of automation, so it needs to be equipped with a professional team to maintain the system to avoid system failure that may affect production.%外围油田地处偏远,生产管理难度大,站场监控系统质量直接影响生产管理水平,应根据各站场自身情况选择合理的监控系统建设模式.某外围油田站场集中监控建设模式坚持站场集中监控、岗位无人值守的原则,站内统一布局,统一监控,统一管理,合理利用已建设施.监控系统由控制系统和安防系统两部分组成,联合站等大型站场的控制系统宜采用冗余主站+远程I/O系统配置,安防系统宜采用工业电视+振动光缆;转油站等中小型站场宜采用PLC控制系统,安防系统采用工业电视+激光对射.集中监控系统改造后,站内自动化水平较高,需要配备专业化队伍对系统进行维护,避免系统出现故障而影响生产.
